healthy lifestyle. One of the most important factors is your cholesterol. A great way to keep your cholesterol in
check is by having a low cholesterol diet.
Low cholesterol diets are important to live a healthy and active
life. Other than being on a low cholesterol diet to begin with, your doctor may require that you are on a low
cholesterol diet. A low cholesterol diet can go beyond just eating healthy. A low cholesterol diet must also
consist of exercising. A low cholesterol diet can include foods that are high in vitamins and fiber, and low in
fat. It should be noted, however that your diet would not totally exclude fat, as there are some "healthy" fats,
such as in avocados. The healthy fats can be beneficial, as approximately one third of the fats that you consume
must be used to digest and excrete properly. Therefore, since your body holds onto a third of all fats consumed,
then it is best to eat healthy fats to maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
